White ink for dark chocolate

Dan May 27, 2015 02:07PM PDT

Hi,

I've ordered a set of inks, choco spray, and airbrush, and can't wait to try them out. I understand the choco spray will give an opaque background for use on dark chocolate.

What I'd also like, though, is the ability to print white ink, so I can have white silhouettes on a transparent background (which would show the dark chocolate). I have some that I purchased pre-printed—e.g. White musical notes, and they look fantastic. I'd like to print my own.

Perhaps a cartridge I could use in place of black, so the computer/printer print "black" but it comes out white?

Thanks! Can't wait to start playing with this.

Dear Dan,

Thank you so much for your prompt response and also for taking the time to share your feedback.

What you can do is Not to print, to have a white space you need to "not print" in that space and also use Choco-Spray on the chocolate transfer sheet after you print and before you apply the melted chocolate to the transfer sheets. the chocospray will give a solid white background to the image so the dark chocolate will not show through.

if you want to print words, there are may fonts and options for "outline effects" of letters and numbers which will let you print the text white, but you'll need a background color too.

We appreciate you and continue to strive to satisfy our customer’s needs.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, we appreciate your business.
