Why are there no instructions for the proper refilling of cartridges?
A called tech support and after over 40 minutes of being on hold (waiting for the CS person to get a copy of instructions to me) I finally hung up, But she had my email and said she would send instructions.
The instructions were Never Sent.
So I went on-line and found a YouTube and it was not very detailed. I followed the instructions very carefully. They were not good enough and it all ended up with a FAIL and ink every where and the cartridge never performed properly. It will not print.
I even went to Fry's and they gave me some tips, but still did not work. Nothing is printing.
I feel I should get my money back but you need to give instructions. How absurd. I wonder how many people a DAY Universal (Uni-Ink?) gets that never come back due to improper customer service handling.
